NEW PARTNERSHIP 🚨
We are beyond excited to officially launch our partnership with R4P with classes starting the week of January 22nd. Training will take place Wednesdays and Fridays, and will end on February 28th.
With R4P, athletes can take advantage of their off season to get healthy again and increase their performance level. Guided by doctors of physical therapy with strength and conditioning backgrounds, R4P programs will help your athletes recover from the past season and increase performance for the next.
